Quick Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine the coconut, flour and salt. Add milk and vanilla; mix well (batter will be stiff).
  • Drop by tablespoonfuls 1 in. apart onto a greased baking sheet . Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks.
