Prawns and Cabbage

  • 1 cup prawns
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • salt as required
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon nigella seeds
  • 5 cabbage
  • 2 onion
  • 8 green chilli
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder

For Garnishing

  • 1 pieces lettuce leaf

How to make it:

  • Step 1. Chop onions, shred cabbage and saute the seeds. To start with this enticing dish, take a chopping board and chop onions on it. Also, shred the cabbage in a bowl. In a wok kept on medium flame, heat oil. Add kalonjis (nigella seeds), cumin seeds and green chillies to the wok and let them splutter. Saute for a minute
  • Step 2. Add cabbage and prawns with spices. Add in sliced onions in the wok. After a minute, add prawns and turmeric to the wok. Cook for a minute and stir in cabbage with chaat masala, coriander powder and salt. Stir cook on a medium-high flame.
  • Step 3. Serve hot. Remove from flame once the dish is ready. Place the cabbage prawns on a lettuce leaf. Serve hot with rice or chapati.
