1) 1 liter Milk

2) 1 Custard Apple

3) 3/4 cup Sugar

4) Cardamom Powder

5) Almond, Cashew nuts, Raisin as per your choice



Take a heavy bottomed deep pan.


Add milk and boil over medium heat.

Stir while boiling.

Keep a small steel saucer in the pan.Or keep a long steel spatula diagonally in the pan.

Keep stirring occasionally from the bottom to avoid burning.

Reduce the milk till half.

Once milk has reduced, add sugar and all the dry fruits.

Boil for another 10 minutes more.

Turn off the heat.

Add cardamom Powder.

Cool down to room temperature.

Remove seeds from custard apple and prepare a pulp.

Mix this pulp to above milk.

Put it in the refrigerator.

Chill for 3-4 hours till very cold.
