Cucumber Chaas

To beat this upcoming summer or rather say its already there, I think buttermilk is the best option to cool down your stomach in a healthy way. So taking cucumber with buttermilk .Cucumber is not only high in water but is cooling to stomach too. Cucumber chaas is a cooling drink..Pls follow the recipe below :

INGREDIENTS

Cumin – 1 teaspoon

Cucumber – 200 grams

Mint leaves – 40 grams

Curd – 300 grams

Green chili – 2 teaspoons

Salt – 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon

Black salt – 1/2 teaspoon

PREPARATION

  1. In a pan, add 1 teaspoon cumin and dry roast for few seconds
  2. In a blender, and add 200 grams chopped cucumber, 40 grams mint leaves, 300 grams curd, 2 teaspoons green chili, roasted cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper  and 1/2 teaspoon black salt.
  3. Blend all ingredients properly.
  4. Pour it in a glass.
  5. Garnish it with a spring mint leaves and black pepper.
  6. Serve chilled.
