This easy Nutella brownies as the name reveals combines the best of both the worlds, soft chewy brownies, and Nutella :). Slightly crunchy on the top and gooey in the center, they are a treat to the taste buds. Here is how to make these.
Ingredients
- ▢1 cup All Purpose Flour
- ▢1 cup Cocoa Powder
- ▢1 tsp Baking Powder
- ▢¼ tsp Salt
- ▢1 tsp Instant Coffee Powder
- ▢1 cup Unsalted Butter
- ▢1 cup Granulated Sugar
- ▢½ cup Nutella
- ▢3 Eggs
- ▢1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f (180 degrees C).
- Line an 8×8 inch baking tray with parchment paper. Let it hand out from the pan a bit on all sides.
- Mix all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and instant coffee powder in a bowl.
- Heat butter in a pan over low heat until it melts.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Cook until sugar dissolves.
- Remove the pan from heat.
- Add Nutella and mix well.
- Let the mixture cool slightly.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
- Add the dry mixture and mix until combined.
- Pour the batter in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until a tooth pick comes out clean.
- Cool and serve.
How to make Nutella Brownies?
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line an 8×8 inch baking tray with parchment paper. Let the paper overhang from all the sides. It will be easier to lift the brownies using the overhang. Mix all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and instant coffee powder in a bowl.
