So, here you go with an easy recipe to make an Ice Cream which needs minimum efforts and the results are extraordinarily mouth-watering
- 1 litre milk
- 2 cup dried figs
- 2 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup milk powder
How to make Fig Ice Cream
- Step 1. Boil milk and add figs. Take a broad non-stick pan and add dried figs and 3 cups of milk to it. Mix it well and cook the mixture for 15 minutes on a medium flame. Stir well and let it cool.
- Step 2. Blend all the ingredients together. Once the mixture is cool, blend it in a blender to make it smooth and soft. Take a deep bowl and pour the mixture in it along with the remaining 3 cups of milk. Add milk powder and condensed milk to the mixture as well. Whisk it well until the mixture has a smooth texture to it.
- Step 3. Refrigerate the blend. Now, take a shallow aluminum container and transfer the mixture into it and cover the container with aluminum foil. Freeze the mixture for at least 3-4 hours. Do not let the mixture set completely, let it remain semi-set. Blend the mixture again in a mixer till it become smooth and again transfer the mixture into the aluminum container. Cover it again with aluminum foil and let it freeze for overnight to set it completely.
