Ingredients

  • 30 gm almonds
  • 20 gm pistachios
  • 50 gm pitted dates
  • 50 gm powdered jaggery
  • 30 gm wheat flour
  • 3 gm nutmeg powder
  • 3 gm powdered green cardamom
  • 50 gm ghee
  • 20 gm cashews
  • 20 gm raisins
  • 20 gm oats
  • 30 gm chickpeas flour
  • 20 gm poppy seeds
  • 5 gm clove powder
  • 2 gm asafoetida
  • 30 gm coconut

How to make Immunity boosting laddoo

  • Step 1 Dry roast. Firstly, dry roast all the nuts together. Now roast chickpea flour and wheat flour separately.
  • Step 2 Mix together. Now mix the nuts, spices and flours with ghee. Once all the ingredients are mix together, make small laddoos from the mixture.
  • Step 3 Roll into coconut. Once laddoos are made, roll them into powdered coconut and serve.
