Strawberry overnight Oats

This overnight oats with strawberries are,

Ingredients 

  • ▢½ cup rolled oats
  • ▢½ cup yogurt
  • ▢¼ cup milk
  • ▢2 teaspoon chia seeds 
  • ▢¼ cup chopped strawberries (4-5 strawberries)
  • ▢¼ cup pureed strawberries (4-5 strawberries)
  • ▢1 tablespoon honey
  • ▢½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Start by preparing the strawberries. Wash 8-10 strawberries and chop off their top leafy part. Now chop 4-5 strawberries into small pieces and puree the remaining in a blender.
  • Add ½ cup rolled oats, ½ cup yogurt, ¼ cup milk, 2 tsp chia seeds, ¼ cup chopped strawberries, ¼ cup strawberry puree, 1 tbsp honey, and ½ tsp vanilla extract to a medium-size mixing bowl with a lid and mix everything well.
  • Now put the lid on and refrigerate the bowl for 6-8 hours or overnight. If you are in a hurry, you can soak the oats for a minimum of 2-3 hours. They will not be as soft though.
  • Add more milk if the oats are too thick and mix well. Top with your favorite toppings and serve.

Notes

If the oats looks too thick, add more milk to it and mix well again. You can serve these chilled or hot. To serve them hot, microwave the soaked oats until warm. Top with topping and serve. After soaking the oats, you can transfer individual portions in mason jars and refrigerate. Just grab a jar and you can have your breakfast on the go.

How to make Strawberry Overnight Oats?

Start by preparing the strawberries. Wash 8-10 strawberries and chop off their top leafy part. Now chop 4-5 strawberries into small pieces and puree the remaining in a blender.
