Ingredient Quantity Milk 1cup Evaporated milk 1cup Paneer/cottage cheese(grated) 11/4cup Condensed milk 1/2cup Sugar 3tbs Saffron 4-strands Cardamom Powder 1/4tsp Rose essence(optional) few drops Ghee 1tsp
Soak the saffron in a tsp of warm milk. Put everything in a microwave safe large bowl except saffron and cook it in microwave oven for 6-7 minutes. In between stir it couple of times. Finally add the saffron to it.
Let it cool down completely, garnish it with pistachios and almonds. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve it chilled.
