How to make Dahi Ke Sholey
- Step 1. Prepare the filling. Take a bowl. Add paneer and hung curd. Now add chopped onion, capsicum, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, amchur and coriander leaves. Mix well to prepare a mixture.
- Step 2. Prepare the bread slices. Now take bread slices and chop off the edges. Use a rolling pin and roll out the bread slices into a thing sheet.
- Step 3. Stuff the mixture. Now add 1-2 tbsp of the stuffing in the middle of the bread slices and bring together all the edges. Apply a few drops of water and make a small ball. Press gently to seal the ball. Make more such stuffed balls.
- Step 4. Serve with a dip of your choice. Now heat oil in a kadai and drop the stuffed balls in it. Deep fry them until golden brown. Once crispy, take them out on a plate and serve with chutney and ketchup.
