Greek Potatoes Recipe

This Greek Potato recipe is full of flavours and offers a unique taste. They are crispy and soft at the same time and has a touch of lemon flavor. Ingredients

  • 6 peeled, chopped potato
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 6 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1/4 cup virgin olive oil
  • salt as required
  • 1 tablespoon chilli flakes

How to make Greek Potatoes

  • Step 1. Lay out the potatoes. Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes and grease a baking dish with oil or butter. Place the chopped (wedges) potatoes in a levelled manner in the dish.
  • Step 2. Add the ingredients. In the baking dish, add garlic, vegetable broth, olive oil, salt, chilli flakes and oregano. Mix the potatoes well with the ingredients. Try to mix the ingredients by hand as it will help you to mix well.
  • Step 3. Bake and serve. Bake the potatoes for 40- 45 minutes or till the potatoes turn golden. You can garnish them with olive oil or coriander and they’re ready to be served.
