Ingredients

  •  cup soaked pressed rice
  • 1/4 cup powdered jaggery
  • 1 gm salt
  • 3 tablespoon coconut
  • 8 roasted cashews
  • 1 tablespoon ghee

How to make Coconut Jaggery Poha

  • Step 1. Soak the poha. Firstly wash poha 2-3 times under running water and then soak it in 3/4 cup of water. Once the poha has soaked all the water, add grated coconut to it.
  • Step 2. The preparation. Now add powdered jaggery, a pinch of salt and ghee to it. Use your hands to mix everything together.
  • Step 3. Garnish and serve. Garnish with roasted cashews and serve.
