3 tbsp Ghee 1 cup Fine Rava 1 tsp Mustard Seeds 10-15 Curry Leaves 1 tsp Urad Dal 1 tsp Chana dal 8-10 Cashew Nuts (Halved) 1/2 cup Onion (Chopped) 2 tsp Green Chilli (Chopped) 1 tsp Ginger (Grated) 1/4 cup carrot (Chopped) 1/4 cup Peas 2.5 cup Hot water 1 tsp Sugar Salt to taste 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander (Chopped) Instructions Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan.
