A classic cocktail consisting of Irish Whiskey and Hot Coffee.
Instant Coffee – 2 tbsp.
Irish Whiskey – 1/2 cup
Thick Cream – 1 cup, whipped
Caster Sugar – 3 tbsp.
Nutmeg Powder – little
1. Heat 3 cups of water over medium flame.
2. Bring to a boil and switch off flame.
3. Add the coffee granules and mix well until fully dissolved.
4. Add the whiskey and caster sugar.
5. Stir well.
6. Pour into individual serving mugs.
7. Top up with cream and sprinkle a bit of nutmeg powder.
8. Serve at once.
