Ingredients
- 1 cup prawns
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- salt as required
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon nigella seeds
- 5 cabbage
- 2 onion
- 8 green chilli
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
For Garnishing
- 1 pieces lettuce leaf
How to make it:
- Step 1. Chop onions, shred cabbage and saute the seeds. To start with this enticing dish, take a chopping board and chop onions on it. Also, shred the cabbage in a bowl. In a wok kept on medium flame, heat oil. Add kalonjis (nigella seeds), cumin seeds and green chillies to the wok and let them splutter. Saute for a minute
- Step 2. Add cabbage and prawns with spices. Add in sliced onions in the wok. After a minute, add prawns and turmeric to the wok. Cook for a minute and stir in cabbage with chaat masala, coriander powder and salt. Stir cook on a medium-high flame.
- Step 3. Serve hot. Remove from flame once the dish is ready. Place the cabbage prawns on a lettuce leaf. Serve hot with rice or chapati.
